Our residents have residential choices such as their selection of apartment floor plans or how to uniquely design their private apartment. We offer affordable month-to-month rentals with no buy-in fees or long term leases – a smart financial choice. There are Included Personalized Services in the monthly rent, such as 3-delicious meals daily prepared from scratch by our Chef and served in the dining room, anytime snack & beverages, 24-hour support staff, utilities, housekeeping & linen service, household & ground maintenance, transportation, emergency response programs, medical evaluations, full activity calendar, exercise & wellness programs and much more!

There are also a variety of Additional Personalized Services available to residents, such as assistance with daily living (i.e. waking, dressing, bathing, dining and grooming), special dietary needs, medication management, mealtime reminders, nighttime checks, escort services, incontinence, monitoring of social and behavior habits, diabetic care, certain ostomy, catheter and wound care services, additional laundry, linen and housekeeping services, business/financial management and much more!

Our caring and specially trained staff works with our residents and their families to ensure that they select the appropriate services and care. We complete a complimentary comprehensive initial assessment of each resident upon move-in. The assessment is used to develop a service plan tailored to meet the resident's personal needs and services. We individualize our service plans recognizing that each person is unique. Regular follow-up assessments are conducted.

There are lifestyle choices such as a full calendar of life enrichment activities, exercise and wellness programs and cultural, educational, religious, spiritual and recreational opportunities.

Our residents enjoy playing cards, taking computer classes or playing Wii tournaments in the activity center, getting a manicure in the beauty salon, socializing with friends in the café, or participating in religious services in the chapel. Other residents stay active by joining the exercise classes or participating in nature walks.
